Xuji JH21 Stamping Machines Powers Russian Elastic Bar Automation
2025-09-08 16:36With the expansion of Russia's Eurasian railway intermodal corridors and the maintenance and upgrading of existing railways, the demand for fastener products in terms of production capacity, quality, and delivery timeliness has been continuously rising. Local traditional elastic bar production relies on manual three-time hot pressing forming. Under high-temperature and high-noise working conditions, workers need to frequently handle heavy high-temperature metal parts, resulting in high labor intensity and high risks of scalds and mechanical injuries. Meanwhile, affected by labor turnover and shift restrictions, production efficiency is low, quality consistency is poor, and the difficulties in recruitment and rising labor costs further increase the pressure on enterprises.
In August, one of Xuji’s Russian clients has ordered 6 JH21-45 stamping machines, with 6 robots allocated to each machine. This is to significantly improve production efficiency, ensure consistent product quality and reduce labor costs.

This project takes 6 sets of Xuji JH21 series stamping machines as the core and is equipped with 6 robots to build an automated production line. The Xuji JH21 stamping machines feature stable performance, and when cooperating with robots, they realize 24/7 continuous operation with a stable cycle of 16-17 pieces per minute, increasing production efficiency by approximately 50% compared to local manual production and fully releasing equipment capacity. Robots replace manual labor to complete high-risk operations, eliminating safety accidents. High repetitive positioning accuracy and automatic temperature detection ensure uniform quality of elastic bars. The entire line only requires 1 person for inspection, saving 2-3 workers per shift. This effectively solves the pain points of elastic bar production in Russia and helps upgrade the railway supply chain towards intelligence.
